MEND Strategies:

  • Mindfulness – meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness in daily activities, yoga
  • Exercise – movement that feels good & suits your body
  • Nurture – self compassion, acceptance, coping with chronic pain
  • Diet – gentle nutrition, intuitive eating, navigating food triggers, & supplementation

This coaching package includes biweekly one-on-one virtual appointments where we will isolate your individual goals and review migraine-oriented topics to help manage your illness with mindfulness, gentle nutrition, enjoyable movement, self-love, and optional functional testing.

We work together for 3 months so we have plenty of time to find a strategy that works for you and fully embrace new routines.

Frequently Asked Questions

This program is an investment of $1650, with an option to break it down to 3 monthly payments of $550.

There are optional functional tests available if you are interested, but they have an additional cost. I do not push clients to get these tests done, it is entirely up to the individual.

I use the LEAP MRT blood test to determine which foods may be contributing to your symptoms. This test is best for clients who have symptoms outside of traditional migraine, including digestive issues, skin concerns, and more.

I also offer a micronutrient test so we can correct deficiencies and optimize your levels. This will help with targeted supplementation and nutrition advice.

Over the 3-month program, we have 6 biweekly virtual appointments lasting up to an hour each. In these appointments we will cover the pillars of the MEND Method (mindfulness, exercise, nurture, and diet) to strengthen your threshold, preventing migraine attacks, as well as any concerns or struggles that come up for you.

In between appointments, you will have access to a secure messaging portal for additional support. We will check in weekly to assure the plan is working for you and make changes as needed.
